We open in circle, speaking truth into the room. Meditation and cacao move together: Sri Lankan cacao, offered in South American tradition. Breathwork opens the voice. We sound together, releasing, resonating, dissolving. Then the sound vibrations -Gong, crystal bowls, tuning forks- begin, and all that's left is to lie down and let yourself be carried.

Valeria is a multidisciplinary artist, weaving sound healing, meditation,
poety, embodiment and yoga into ethereal experiences. With over 600hrs of training, over two years of continuous facilitation experience and a diverse background in design and storytelling, she builds authentic, inspiring spaces that encourage deep introspection and healing.
